Our Amrita Vidyalayam held a one-day capacity building program on Art Integration organised by CBSE, Bhubaneswar Region. The workshop was conducted encompassing the rules and regulations as governed by the affiliation by-laws prescribed by CBSE. The workshop was very beneficial and informative. The trainers adopted numerous methods like role-play, music, and presentation to deliver the importance of art in education. They also emphasised how to integrate art making in the learning process to make it enjoyable as well as informative for the students.
The resource persons were Mrs Sandhya Rani Swain, Vice Principal, ODM Public School, and Mrs Pallabi Mohapatra, BJEM School, Bhubaneswar.
The workshop was really informative and interesting, and well appreciated by the participating teachers. Teachers from more than 20 schools in Bhubaneswar participated in the training program.
