National Science Day was celebrated in Amrita Vidyalayam Odisha with great enthusiasm on 28th February in order to remember the great invention by the Indian physicist Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman.
A seminar was organized on virtual mode by Dr Benny NJ, renowned Ayurvedic Psychiatrist and physician, Director of Ayurveda Gurukulam, Kochi, Kerala on the topic, Educational Psychology in Indian Philosophy based on Ayurveda to identify the difference between science and psychological impact on education. It was an analysis of one’s thoughts, actions and behaviours based on the principles of Indian Psychology rooted in Ayurvedic principles.
How thoughts, habits, social media, food and drink , intelligence, confidence and Self-knowledge are related to both Science and Psychology were highlighted. The program ended with an interactive question – answer session with students and Dr Benny.
