In the icebreaking session, Resource Person Madam Subhashree Das, PGT, English, BJEM, Bhubaneswar shuffled the participants in different tables for better exposure to teachers from different schools. In the first session, Mrs. Das began her mentoring by apprising the participants about ‘Learning without Burden’. She explained what classroom management is and classroom organization. It is a hands-on experience in education that solidifies a lesson through practice rather than just oral instruction.
