Teachers’ Day was observed at our school with the Principal and a few children in attendance. The chief guest for the function was Lion B.N. Patnaik, Retd. Principal, BJB College, and the guest of honour was Lion Biswaranjan Nayak, President of Lions Club Priyadarshini. Principal Ms. Mousumi Patnaik presided over the function. The children attended the function virtually via the Google Meet app. The chief guest stressed the importance of the teacher student relationship, and the club gifted the school a wall clock. The meeting concluded with vote of thanks by Mr. Bikash Kumar Sahoo, a parent who wished all the teachers a wonderful day.
