Amrita Vidyalayam, Bhubaneswar reopened today for classroom transactions in full strength after almost two years of lockdown closure.

It was a moment of high emotions for some students who reached the school much before the class timing as they had been waiting for this day eagerly. All the arrangements were made properly by the school authorities to start the classes in completely offline mode maintaining the SOPs issued by the government. The teachers had already kept each classroom ready for their students to feel at ease in them after two years of virtual classes.

The morning assembly was the most memorable event of the reopening day. The stage that had been awkwardly silent during the pandemic had suddenly come to life with the melody of the prayers, mantras and warm wishes. The stage was all colorful with balloons and other decorative items. The new teachers were welcomed to the campus by Bri Namratamrita Chaitanayaji in the assembly. As morning shows the day, the enthusiasm and excitement of the first day really promised a great year ahead.
