On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, students, teachers, and other staff offered their humble prayers at the Lotus feet of Mata Amritanandamayi, seeking blessings on this Vyasa Purnima.
The function started with a welcome speech by Ms Bedmati Behera, and Ms Pravati Nayak spoke about the importance of Guru Purnima.
Our Music Teacher Mr Rajendra Jena started the puja with the sacred Omkar and Amma’s Dhyana Shloka. The Pada puja was done by school Principal Ms Mousumi Patnaik, and Ashtothara was chanted by Mr Santosh Kumar. Our Yoga teacher Mr Ajit Rana gave instructions to the students for performing the Pada puja.
Our principal addressed the students, speaking about Guru Purnima and the sanctity associated with it. Students and parents were served Prasad at the end of the celebration.
