Amrita Vidyalayam, Bhubaneswar, organised Sahodaya Science exhibition on our campus. Several students from various classes participated in the exhibition. The chief guest for the exhibition was Ms Debasmita Pankaj Aloney, Professor, NISER, Jatni, and Shri K. Srinivasan, Regional Officer, CBSE, Bhubaneswar.

The exhibition started at 10:00 a.m. with a prayer by our school choir group and a mesmerizing Odissi dance by our students. It was open to all the parents and students of the school. Principal Ms Mousumi Patnaik gave a commencement speech.

Students presented their projects such as, models of solar power energy, space satellites, hydroelectric generators, AC and DC motors, automatic transformers, and robots that they had built. Ms Debasmita Aloney, along with the Principal, went around looking at the different models and assessed the descriptions given by the students. The parents, too, looked at the various models put up by the students. Apart from the models, students also organised visual presentations to help everyone understand the concepts of their working models. Mr. Debasmita Aloney gave a speech on the importance of the contributions of the young generation to the field of science and technology. The RO joined for the closing ceremony and gave away the awards to deserving students.
