Today, students of Amrita Vidyalayam had a workshop on female hygiene conducted by Anju Bist, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Anjuji emphasized the importance and benefits of using reusable banana fibre menstrual pads. She spoke about how using and disposing these pads was not only environment friendly, but also improved personal hygiene.
